Medina Ruiz commented that together with his team they received those who make up the PAMI with the objective of working together to provide benefits to the affiliated population. “The meeting was cordial and we have a lot to work on. We want to ensure that the local PAMI can provide quality care. Future meetings with interdisciplinary teams were agreed to address the different problems,” she explained.
In this sense, the official indicated that there are areas of the province that do not have private providers, therefore work will be done in places where there are PAMI members who do not have the possibility of having benefits with local doctors and hospitalization in providers that depend on the same.
For his part, Fernández highlighted: “The Ministry is very well coordinated, so we want to continue working together, that is why we agreed to put together work teams, with the aim of improving the quality of care for members,” he expressed, by highlighting the predisposition on the part of the minister.
Also participating were the Undersecretaries of Health, doctors Marcelo Montoya and Cristina Majuland the head of Pediatric and Neonatal Guards and Emergencies, doctor Patricia Villagra.
