This June 6, the First Chepes 2024 Provincial Congress called “Rioja Personalities” will be held. The objectives of this important congress are: To know the characteristics of each personality and their fundamental contribution. To distinguish the historical evolution of the province and the country. To interpret the different contemporary political, ideological, social and cultural conceptions.
Some of the personalities from the San Martin department to be discussed are Juan Melis, Ariel Ferraro, David Gatica, among others. This Congress will take place this Thursday, June 6 at the “Juan f. Normal School.” Quiroga” and the invited speakers are Mr. Roberto Rojo, Prof. Oscar Munuce, Dr. Héctor Oyola, Franco Frogel, Prof. Liliana Ceballos and the participation of the IFDC Esmeralda Fernández Zárate.
