Chile is positioned in the ranking of the most charitable countries in the world

The UK organization Charities Air Foundation highlighted Chile as one of the most charitable countries of the world.

This was announced by its “World Giving Index” list, which lists the most generous countries today and which considered a total of 142 nations.

The study was carried out by asking three questions to inhabitants of each country, who had to answer if in the last month they helped a stranger who needed it, if they donated money to a charity, and whether they volunteered their time for an organization.

Indonesia was the nation that was crowned the most generous, followed by Ukraine and Kenya, respectively.

Meanwhile, Chile was positioned in 70th place on the list, with a 68% of people who claimed to have helped strangers34% who said they have made a donation, and 17% who are volunteers.
