The Bolivian citizen who was detained in Paraguay was driving one of the 13 tanker trucks that entered the territory of the neighboring country, but during the search, they detected in a compartment, located at the back of the tanker, the nine brick-shaped packages with whitish substance, the same one that when subjected to a field test gave positive for cocaine.

The total weight of the drugs seized was approximately ten kilos, so the 47-year-old driver was referred to the competent authorities, according to Paraguayan media.

The national director of Tax Revenue of Paraguay, Oscar Orué, indicated that the documentation and information, both of the driver and the transportation company for the transfer of liquefied gas, was sent to all relevant authorities for investigation. who else would be linked to drug trafficking.
