Who are the new owners?
Days ago the acquisition of the majority shareholding of Los Andes was completed, led by the new owners are Cluster Andesmar – Broda; and with lesser participation the LTN Group, Da Fré Obras Civiles, Familia Giuffré, Halpern and Kristich.
All Mendoza companies, with a base of operations in the province.
Trajectory of the new owners
Andesmar Groupa pioneer in the territory, its beginnings date back to 1940. It is a leading and constantly growing company with assets in the passenger and cargo transport sector, tourism, and – in addition – is responsible for the transformation of the terminal bus station in Mendoza, making it one of the most modern in the country.
Broda is a group that has operated in Mendoza for 70 years, with a presence in the gastronomic, hotel, commercial, pharmaceutical, financial and real estate sectors, among others. It is run by the fourth generation of the Barbera family.
With less participation
- LTN Groupfrom the Bernardi family, is a company with 50 years in the market, which leads the national production of sustainable panels for construction and industrial cold chambers.
- Da Fre is a family company with more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Giuffré Maderas It is also a family business with a history of 50 years.
- Halpern is an irrigation and water management company.
- Kristicha firm with more than 20 years linked to real estate developments.
The group will seek to strengthen the local printing press, with national projection, with a strong commitment to technological innovation; with journalistic quality and ethics.
