Athens did it again. Perhaps history and being the top winner of Argentine basketball means a plus at this point. The team led by Gustavo Peirone won the Northern Conference of the Argentine Basketball League.
In the fifth game, played at the Cerutti, the “Greek” defeated Sportivo Suardi 70-62. In this way, Atenas qualified for the Finals for promotion to the National Basketball League. The last obstacle that Peirone’s team will face will be Racing de Chivilcoy.
