The actress Claudia Perez rejected and criticized the statement sent by sidartesupporting the mayor of Recoleta, Daniel Jaduewho is in preventive detention for possible corruption crimes.
“The Union of Actresses, Actors, and Workers of the Theater Arts of Chile – SIDARTE, which has eleven branches at the National level, grouping all the trades of theatrical activity and having its historic physical headquarters located in the commune of Recoleta, expresses its support for Mayor Daniel Jadue @danieljaduejadue “after the unprecedented and unusual resolution of a preventive detention measure that the court of first instance has decreed against him”begins the entity declaration.
“We are witnesses of the tremendous importance and sustained commitment that Mayor Daniel Jadue has given to community cultures in Recoleta and to the benefit of cultural diversity, this being one of the communes with the most cultural development in the country,” they added.
“With great sadness and indignation, We perceive that this trial is a threat against a collective cultural project that the Mayor has bravely embodiedpersevering in Cultural Rights widely”, they also stated.

After this statement, the Como la vida misma actress raised her voice, responding in the comments of the publication.
