In this way, in the Parque San Martín area, underground water will be replaced with surface water of better quality.

The plan also complements a second stage that includes the treated water aqueduct to Parque San Martín; the Estadio Único Cistern and Pumping Station; the San Lorenzo Cistern (Los Hornos); the Western Secondary Aqueduct; and repowering of Bosques, Saavedra and San Martín Pumping Stations and a third related to the replacement of obsolete pipes and mesh closures for the region.
