The book “Javier Milei, the revolution they didn’t see coming”, which portrays the figure of the current president, will be presented this Thursday at the Córdoba Stock Exchange at 6 p.m. The author, Nicolás Márquez, lawyer and journalist, will be present at the event.
Márquez knew Milei before his rise to fame as a television columnist and economist. In a recent interview with Chain 3Márquez described how Milei burst onto the public scene by challenging untouchable dogmas and using a disruptive style.

“Someone appeared challenging dogmas that seemed untouchable…and suddenly he appears and bursts in with a totally unfriendly speech…with a different attitudinal and verbal stance,” Márquez explained. The author also pointed out how Milei managed to overcome traditional political structures to come to power.
According to Márquez, Milei not only channeled the popular anger but also managed to capture a huge underground breeding ground. He assures that “no one took him completely seriously” until the PASO where he stood out as a strong contender.
Márquez also highlights the crucial role that social media played in helping to multiply Milei’s message and reach a young audience. “Milei turned those ideas into a mass group…largely, and primarily young people,” she said.
“The Milei political phenomenon is revolutionary in itself,” concluded Márquez, who hopes that his book will help readers better understand who Javier Milei is and what he represents. The book presentation promises to offer more details about this disruptive political figure.
