During the morning of this Thursday, a self-convened claim was made by savers regarding the “indiscriminate increase in fees” at the concessionaire located on Independencia Avenue at 4000 in the city of Corrientes.

Citizens demonstrated and demanded the immediate delivery of the awarded vehicles, a solution to the delinquent plans, and an end to abusive quotas. and that consumer rights are respected.

“I started paying $1,800 for the car in 2017, after a year the fee skyrocketed, when I finished paying fee 84 they told me that I owe 3 million,” commented one of those affected on the Mucho Humo program on El Litoral Radio.

Faced with this situation, the person involved called the dealership and they offered to continue paying installments of $272,000 “to reduce that debt.” “Yesterday I called and they told me that I owe 6 million,” said the man.

The outdoor journalist, Roberto Obregón, commented on other cases on the Mucho Humo program.

“A lady told me that she was paying from installment 80 to 83 between $400,000 and $450,000 and when she wants to pay the last installment 84 it was $7,000,000,” he said.

In this way, the affected woman cannot remove the vehicle if she does not pay the million-dollar total of the last installment.

“In Corrientes, the Superior Court of Justice agrees with companies that are adjusted to the right to charge this type of current inflation values,” Obregón concluded.
