In the afternoon of this Monday, a kidnapping was reported on the outskirts of the University of Santiago, in Central Station. Specifically in Alameda with Víctor Jara street.
Detectives from the PDI Anti-Kidnapping Brigade arrived at the scene along with the ECOH prosecutor’s office, to investigate the events that occurred at broad daylight and on public roads.
According to witnesses, a group of at least 3 people He was traveling in two cars when they intimidated the victim with weapons, and then forced him to get into one of them.
Initially there was talk that it could be a student from the aforementioned school, however, the vehicles had been following the victim before.
At the moment these hypotheses are neither confirmed nor ruled out, since the research is in progress.
In a video to which Radio Bío Bío had access, you can see the moment in which they would be taking the victim aboard a black car that fled towards the west.
Thanks to the images, police personnel obtained the license plate of the car involved. Which took them to a home in Maipú, however, they did not find anyone.
