Now he opens the door to the BLP, because the new legal figure will imply two positions for the first legislative minority, which today is the UCR: a place directly on the board of directors and a trusteeship. Currently, the BLP board is made up of four representatives of the Executive (it would hold three seats) and two seats on the board for private capital, spaces that would be preserved.
The proposal goes hand in hand with another addition of the Ziliotto management: it made room for the opposition in the rest of the state companies and gave the comptroller to the Court of Accounts.
A part of the UCR distances itself

Ziliotto says that with the new figure, state support for the BLP will be guaranteed. That is why the bill reaffirms regulatory principles that support the Bank as public entity: it will continue to be the financial agent of the province, the municipalities and the Development Commissions and deposits and all types of passive financial operations carried out by the province are guaranteed. Also, they assure the Executive, it will maintain all of the tax, tax and tariff benefits that today are granted to the Banco de La Pampa Mixed Economy Society.
