In May, the woman gathered courage and left. She left behind her house, her things, and she lied to him: she told Agüero that she was going to take care of a friend who had just had surgery. When she did not return, he went to look for her.
During the morning of May 30, the man broke into the gym where I worked her partner and waited for her. Before 7, when she arrived to open the store, Graciela found him.
The first thing he did was hit her until she was lying on the ground. Then she kicked him until he he knocked her unconscious with a blow to the face. Her ex-partner put her in a car and took her back to Pilar, where the woman suffered hours of pain as a result of the serious injuries she had caused.
Without medical attention, scared and in unbearable pain, the woman took advantage of an opportunity and ran away again. She arrived at a friend’s house during the night and the next day they went together to file a complaint at the Capilla del Señor Women’s Police Station.
The woman was taken to the hospital where she was admitted with a fracture to the lower jaw and “multiple bruises.” She spent more than a week there until she was able to take refuge in a relative’s house but, as his attacker was on the runthey had to put him in police custody.
The thing is that when Agüero knew that the woman had reported him, he ran away. He was from Salta and traveled to a small place where he hid until June 13.
“The Department of Intelligence Against Organized Crime of the Federal Police was requested to collaborate to carry out tasks aimed at locating the accused,” judicial sources said.
Fernando Raúl Agüero was arrested in Exaltación de la Cruz and is detained and charged with the attempted murder of his partner on May 30.
They managed to tap Agüero’s phones and detected him on June 13 back in Buenos Aires. The cell phone antennas detected it in Fátima, Pilar district.

The man first said he did not know who he was talking about, but when they notified him of the telephone records, he confessed that Agüero “I was stopping by the area” and that he had consulted him “about renting a room” but he “didn’t have availability.”
So they looked for him in the neighborhood until they managed to find him. I didn’t have an ID but they recognized him from the photos of the National Registry of Persons (Renaper) and from those on social networks. In the wallet, Agüero had a photo of the victimwhom he tried to beat to death.
This is how they arrested him and he was placed at the disposal of the prosecutor of Exaltación de la Cruz, Juan Manuel Esperante, who investigated him for qualified homicide due to his commission with treachery by a person with whom he had a relationship and mediating gender violence. , attempted, serious injuries aggravated by the bond and damage.
