The Provincial Council of Córdoba allocates 500,000 euros to aid for social entitiesCORDOVA
TheProvincial Council of Córdobato through the Provincial Institute of Social Welfare (IPBS)launches a new call for subsidies aimed at entities for carrying out projects of social services during 2024, equipped with a budget of 500,000 euros.
In relation to this initiative, the president of the IPBS, Irene Aguilera, has explained that “the subsidized actions will be aimed at the development of actions that promote and support the manifestations of solidarity and cooperation of the community, as well as “impulse and promotion of associations.”
Aguilera has also pointed out that “it is intended Strengthen existing partnerships in the province, as well as offering the appropriate channels to encourage the participation of Córdoba society through the execution of projects carried out, precisely, by social entities.”
“We thus allocate a significant financial allocation to this call for aid that will allow the execution of initiatives linked to childhood and adolescence, such as those in the area socio-educational, those intended for groups in situations of vulnerability or social conflict or those dedicated to socio-labor insertion, among others,” Aguilera added.
The Social Rights delegate of the Provincial Council has also highlighted that “the subsidy of social intervention projectsfamily support, support for the elderly or therapeutic support.”
According to Aguilera, “this aid, aimed at municipalities less than 20,000 inhabitantsthey will be able to reach up to 12,000 euros per project presented. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 days from its publication in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP).”
