After President Gustavo Petro’s accusations about the complaint of ‘express expropriation’ made by the representative of Alianza Verde, Katherine Miranda, the representative of the Chamber defended herself through the X account, also indicating that these criticisms “endanger my life and integrity.”

This ‘express expropriation’ was going to be included in the National Development Plan. “I thought it was going to be the senators and landowner representatives who were going to oppose it, but it was a representative of the Chamber of Bogotá, who pretends to be progressive, very Green (…) with the modernity of Bogotá, it is impossible who does not know the need for Agrarian Reform,” the president said previously.

To which Miranda responded that: “I did not hide any land items, on the contrary, when the Minister of Agriculture presented the Express expropriation to me informally, I went to the media to denounce it.”

Likewise, the representative assured that said expropriation was carried out in 20 days at any price and with the public force, “eliminating due process” and the “right to defense,” she added.
