Luis Fernando Rivera Noscue He was a signatory of the 2016 Peace Agreement and was shot dead on the afternoon of June 10 in the municipality of Florida (Valle del Cauca). The ex-combatant worked on his productive livestock project.
The fact is known what happened on the afternoon of this Monday, June 10, near the main park of the municipality. Rivera Noscué was in a commercial establishment and unknown people arrived there and shot him.

The victim was taken to a hospital, but died due to the severity of his injuries. The man was a member of the Comunes party and He served as a peace advisor.
“After his murder, there remains a promise of peace and an unfinished life project, a widow, two children without their father and a family in mourning”said the Agency for Reintegration and Normalization.
According to Indepaz, So far this year, 11 signatories of the Peace Agreement have been murdered. The UN Verification mission, for its part, has documented 416 homicides of ex-combatants since the agreement was signed.
In the municipality of Florida there is a presence of the FARC Central General Staff and local criminal gangs.
In different events, but also in the department of Valle, the social leader was murdered José Elver Giraldo Villada. The victim was a union member of the Association of Peasant Workers of the Valley and was also affiliated with the Comunes party. Regarding the crime, it is known that he was shot to death in a rural area of the municipality of Tulúa on June 9.
