For this reason, officials from the municipal administration of Aguachica work in coordination with the support of other municipalities surrounding this region, such as La Gloria (south of Cesar) and El Carmen (Norte de Santander).
In the same sense orange alert remains in place in the upper basin of the Cesar River due to the probability of sudden floods. The Ideam reported special attention on the banks of the Guatapurí and Badillo rivers in Valledupar.
