As of the first quarter of 2024 (Q1), workers in working days of more than 48 hours per week in SLP decreased slightly at an annual rate.
This was revealed by the National Occupation and Employment Survey (ENOE), of the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI). How much do the people of Potosí work?

In this sense, a decrease in 13 thousand 735 men employed in days of more than 48 hours, compared to the first quarter of 2023.
For their part, women working days of more than 48 hours went from 14.3 to 16.4%. However, there was an overall average decrease of 0.3%, 1 thousand 773 workers approximately.
How many hours do Potosinos work?

- Less than 15 hours: 101,687 workers
- From 3 to 34 hours: 230 thousand 872
- From 35 to 48 hours: 611 thousand 378
- More than 48 hours: 302 thousand 843
In addition to this, there are 45,200 SLP workers who are temporarily absent with a connection
labor; and 15,602 did not specify their situation.
