In the investigations it was determined that ‘Pueblo’ and ‘Costeño’, intercepted two men and a woman, and shot them repeatedly, causing their death, because they had failed to comply with the guidelines and restrictions imposed by the ‘Gulf Clan’ in the region.

The alleged criminals were charged with the crimes of aggravated homicide; aggravated manufacture, trafficking and carrying of firearms or ammunition; and aggravated conspiracy to commit a crime. The charges were not accepted.
