The event is on February 2 in the shopping centers of the main cities of the department.

Tunja, January 30, 2024. (UACP). With the purpose of involving Boyacá families and continuing to promote the ‘Being useful makes us great’ campaign, the Social Manager of Boyacá, Daniela Assis Fierro, calls for the Great Donation of school supplies that will take place this Friday, February 2 in the main shopping centers of Tunja, Duitama and Sogamoso.

“I will start my tour at 10:30 in the morning at the Iwoka shopping center in Sogamoso; At 1:30 pm, I will be at Innovo Plaza in Duitama and at 4:00 pm, I will close this massive collection day at Unicentro, in Tunja. I invite families to come and plant that little seed of solidarity in their children. Additionally, we will have recreational activities for our little ones such as face painting and the presentation of the El Dorado Ballet at each of the points,” commented Daniela Assis Fierro, Social Manager of Boyacá.

This campaign by the Boyacá Grande government seeks to provide a helping hand to each of those children who deserve to attend classes with the necessary elements to educate themselves.

“Tomorrow there will be girls and boys who will have enough tools to continue training and build their own life project,” Assis highlighted.

The Social Manager of Boyacá and her work team will be very active these days, with a very clear objective: to exceed 5,000 kits to deliver to the little ones, who are looking forward to this help, which will reach more than 15 prioritized municipalities in the department.

“I hope to see you, greet you and thank you personally for your generous heart. I know that Boyacá is a land with a great sense of help and we are going to surpass the goal. I will wait for you at the collection points with the elements that you want to support us, it can be from a notebook or with the purchase of school kits, which have a value of 45,000 pesos each. They can also deposit their donations in the Davivienda savings account 001600117657,” added Daniela Assis Fierro, Social Manager of Boyacá. (End/ Press – Social Management Office)
