A dog was abandoned at the southern access to the Mario Alberto Kempes state. On Monday unidentified people left him muzzled and tied to a choripán cart, located on Ramón Cárcamo avenue s/n in the Chateau Carreras neighborhood. Police personnel went to the scene and found that the animal showed signs of malnutrition forks aggressive.
The event went viral on social networks with criticism of the food stand for having the animal as a “caregiver.” Alberto Sánchez (23), owner of the “Luisito” car, told the Police that he had not returned to the post since the last game that was played in the stadium and he found out about the presence of the dog on Wednesday from the photos that were circulating on the internet.

“Since the end of the last sports match held in the stadium, he has not been present at the place and, today, through social networks, he realizes that unknown perpetrators have left him tied up two days ago. a dog (without a defined breed) with a chain attached to it,” the official report states.
They also indicated that the animal is in a state of malnutrition, with a muzzle in place, but it cannot be released because it is very aggressive. For this reason they ask for collaboration of personnel from the Environmental Patrol Department.
