The formal request bears the signatures of the SEP, the UEPC, the SELC (Legislative), the SUOEM, the ACEC (Casinos), Judicial, Lottery, Light and Regional Power, UPS, Musicians, APSE, the Federation of Municipalities, ADEME, the Banking Association, SADOP, AMET, Graphics, Luz y Fuerza Córdoba, SIVIALCO, SIPOS and ATSA.
Regarding retirementsraise the following points:
– Solidarity Contribution Art. 9 Section E: raise the salary bands, established in Resolution 5/12 of the Ministry of Economy, according to the CPI percentages in the period from 01/01/24 to 04/1/24 and then update it monthly according to the CPI for the discount of solidarity contributions according to law 10724 art. 9 paragraph E.
– Article 58 – Law 10694: use as a reference for the application of article 58 of law 10694 (six retirement minimums) the entire value of the minimum retirement established at $230,000.-
– Deferral: request the immediate suspension of the deferral for the collection of increases for retirees and pensioners.
Meanwhile, regarding APROSS, the requirements are the following:
