The Mayor’s Office made a final decision to guarantee security near the stadium.
The duel between leopards and lions will take place at 7:30 at night and that is why the Mayor’s Office of Bogotá and other entities have already prepared the plan to preserve order and security around the El Campín stadium.
And since it is an event of great importance, the Mayor’s Office has implemented the Prohibition Law in the vicinity of the stadium and which will be in force from 12 noon on Saturday, June 15 until 6 in the morning on Sunday the 16th.
Let us remember that this measure will be imposed only in a specific area of the town of Teusaquillo, delimited between streets 53 and 63 and streets 24 and 35A.
Along with this decision, in the vicinity of the stadium there will be an important operation in which 2,500 members of the Bogotá Metropolitan Police will be involved, patrolling in important areas such as Simón Bolívar Park, 93 and the Galerías neighborhood.
The operation will also have air patrols, 300 logistics people, 120 dialogue and coexistence managers, 50 collaborators from the Government Secretariat, 30 traffic agents and two police inspectors.
It should be noted that with the announced measures, it is expected that the FPC final will be played without incident and that there will be football in a safe and controlled environment.
