To all persons who consider themselves entitled to intervene in the process of Settlement of the Notarial Inheritance of the Deceased HELBERT NELSON TOBARIA SALAMANCA, who during his lifetime identified himself with citizenship card number 4,265,221 issued in Sotaquirá; His last domicile and main seat of business being the Municipality of Sotaquirá (Boyacá), so that they do so within ten (10) days following the publication of this Edict. Succession established by Lawyer TATIANA DIAZ DEVIVERO, of legal age, identified with citizenship card number 1,053,605,296 issued in Paipa, practicing lawyer, with professional card number 279,063 issued by the Superior Council of the Judiciary. That it was accepted by this Notary and initiated by Minute number ZERO ZERO FIVE (005) dated FIVE (05) of the month of JUNE of the year TWO THOUSAND TWENTY-FOUR (2024) and the publication of this Edict is ordered, for once, in a newspaper of wide National Circulation “La República, El Tiempo, El Siglo or E! Espectador” and in a local radio station, in compliance with the provisions of article 3 of Decree 902 of 1988, and 589 of the CPC also ordered its posting in a visible place of the Notary for a period of ten (10) business days. This Edict is set today SIX (06) of the month JUNE of the year TWO THOUSAND TWENTY-FOUR (2024), being 8:00 AM
