Milei stressed the relevance of these ideas, even though, according to him, they seem to have gone out of fashion. “I make this brief statement today in his defense since these ideas seem to have gone out of fashion. In another section, the President addressed the Argentine situation. “It is part of a great turn that we are taking as a country after decades of turning our backs on the world,” he said.
“There is a new Argentina that once again embraces the ideas that years ago made it one of the most prosperous countries in the world. And there is a new Argentina that also seeks to recover the leading place in the concert of nations that it once had and that it should never have abandoned,” he highlighted.
Furthermore, Milei stated: “Argentina will always be committed to defending the ideas that made the West great. For us, peace among free nations is not only a moral duty, but a necessary condition for prosperity.”
And he referred to the Ukraine War with Russia. “My maximum support to the people of Ukraine and friend Zelensky, we reject any type of violence and war as an illegitimate mechanism to resolve conflicts between nations. War can never be the answer to problems that must be resolved in the political sphere,” he stressed.
The President participates in the Summit accompanied by the Secretary General of the Presidency, Karina Milei, and Foreign Minister Diana Mondino.
