In Manizales they captured Troncha Toro

The Unified Action Group for Personal Freedom (GAULA) and the Second Specialized Prosecutor’s Office delegated to the GAULA, captured a foreign citizen for the crime of drug trafficking.

In the center of Manizales, the police carried out a search and seizure procedure where they captured a 23-year-old woman, known as “Troncha Toro,” in flagrante delicto. During the operation, 150 grams of marijuana and 15 grams of coca base were found, according to the Approved Preliminary Identification Test (PIPH). In addition, five cellular devices, two Sim Cards and a detonating weapon were found.

“Troncha Toro” is known for its criminal activity and has been identified in investigative processes for generating extortion in the classic form in the commercial sector of Galería de Manizales. Given the flagrancy, she was placed at the disposal of the Second Specialized Prosecutor’s Office delegated to the GAULA.

The captured woman has a history in the Oral Accusatory Criminal System (SPOA) for the crimes of escaping prisoners and trafficking, manufacturing or carrying narcotics. So far this year, the Police in Manizales have captured 1,178 citizens by court order and in flagrante delicto, of which 473 have been for trafficking narcotic substances.
