According to the report from the Traffic and Transportation Directorate of the Casanare Police, the car was traveling in the direction of Monterrey – Yopal, being hit by the tow truck, which was going in the opposite direction and was driven by Camilo Alfonso Rosas Fonseca, who did not suffer. no injury.
