With the arrival of winter, starting this Monday, June 17, Kempes Park will open its doors every day, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
This park continues to be one of the recreational places most chosen by the people of Córdoba and is also part of the Kempes Sports Complex, which has a circuit of more than 2,500 linear meters in length, where you can walk, run or cycle. on the banks of the Suquía River.
The Kempes Park is one of the most important green lungs that the people of Cordoba have when it comes to sharing and walking outdoors.
The community can enjoy its more than 80 hectares, native trees and exotic species, aerobic stations, children’s games and the best facilities for practicing extreme sports.
There is also the Sports Park, located in the heart of the property, which has a bowl, BMX track, street plaza and the climbing tower, among other spaces.
They are located in the place where the sports schools of the CBA X program, of the Córdoba Sports Agency, also operate.
Kempes Park is an excellent alternative to relax without leaving the city.
It is available to all residents, and for correct use and coexistence within it, indications and recommendations are available on the informative posters and signage distributed throughout its extension.
Free aerobics classes
Among the sports and recreational activities, the Kempes offers free aerobics classes.
They are provided on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 6 to 8 p.m.
This proposal is open to all ages and without prior registration.
Those interested should approach the aerobic station, located on the esplanade of the second roundabout of the Park, hand in hand located on the side of the river bank.
