Firefighters control fire in the industrial zone of Cota, Cundinamarca

The Fire Department extinguished a fire that occurred this Monday afternoon (June 17) in the industrial area of ​​Cota, Cundinamarca.

The conflagration, recorded ending this afternoon, was quickly subdued by relief agencies that went to the scene of the emergency.

It happened in warehouse 126 of the Portos Sabana 80 Industrial Parkspecifically at the company’s facilities Interlift Elevators, due to reasons not yet determined by experts in this type of events.

The fire reached a specific point in the facilities; However, at around 7 p.m., the operations were still continuing at the hands of uniformed groups belonging to experts from Cundinamarca.

Due to all of the above and by virtue of numerous factors, including emergency measures, the mishap did not become serious. Around 6:20 p.m., Firefighters reported that the conflagration was “completely” controlled.

Additional information collected from spokespersons close to the authorities reported that three people were affected. “by smoke inhalation”. They were referred to healthcare centers for the corresponding treatment.
