The surprise closure of a hair removal center in Córdoba leaves its clients with half-baked treatments

Many clients have been left with paid treatments and without being able to spend them. This has been revealed by Facua Córdoba, who assures that she is receiving queries from different affected people who have gone to the consumer association in search of advice and to take action in defense of their rights.

The consumer association informs those affected that they have right to reimbursement of the amount of bonuses and treatments that they have paid and will not receive.

«The company is obliged to comply with the commitments that it acquired, so if in the end it is not going to provide them with the services paid for, it must refund the amount of the treatments or the proportional part of them,” says Facua in a note.

Steps to follow to claim

Therefore, it recommends that those affected should make your claim against the closed center that carried out its activity as a Único clinic, demanding compliance with its obligations. In the event that the treatments have been paid for through bank financing linked to the contract signed with the beauty center, users must also submit a claim to the bank with which they have signed the loan, informing them of the center’s cessation of activity and demanding, therefore, the suspension of the collection of receipts.

Facua Córdoba advises those affected to request their clinic history in order to be able to claim credit for the part of the treatment not carried out in the event that the company enters bankruptcy. It also asks users to retain all documentation relating to payments and the contract until they have recovered all the money.
