“What the contractor has requested is an addition of resources (more than $1,000 million) to be able to make some improvements in construction, however, we have said ‘this is as far as we as a contracting entity have come, please execute what is currently in place.’ contracted and any other improvements that are required will have to be addressed in another stage,’” Maestre declared on the Radio Guatapurí station.
