From this Thursday, June 20 to Sunday, June 23, the Government of Atlántico invites the inhabitants of the department to take advantage of the programming of the most complete platform to obtain advice on the best options to buy and invest in housing and the latest news and trends in the construction.
The Government of Atlántico executes and supports initiatives aimed at reducing the housing deficit in the department, which is why it accompanied the opening of the Construferia Caribe and the VIMO 2024 real estate fair that are held at the Puerta de Oro, Caribbean Events Center. As approved in the ‘Atlántico para el Mundo’ development plan, the Government will work to comply with the guidelines regarding drinking water, energy, and especially the acquisition of new housing and improvements offered by the ‘Mi Casa Bacana’ program. .
In the same place will be the most important construction, promoter, real estate and urban development firms in the region and a wide variety of investment projects in new housing, as well as tourist, commercial and industrial real estate.
The Departmental Planning Secretary, Cecilia Arango, was at the event and reiterated the call to citizens not to waste this opportunity and to seek advice from the most nationally recognized exponents of the sector.

Construferia Caribe is organized by the Colombian Chamber of Construction- Camacol and Corferias. The president of the Camacol board of directors, Jorge Segrebre, praised the effort of the Atlántico Government to provide housing solutions throughout the department.
“Camacol joins the Government; 10,000 families will come closer to the dream of having new housing thanks to Governor Verano’s initiative. Good for the department! We are going to reactivate and Atlántico will be the pioneer in this reactivation,” added Segebre.
One of the key messages of the fair is that the reactivation of the Atlantic and Colombia happens to the extent that the construction industry is reactivated.
