Matanzas, Cuba.- The municipal conferences of the XXII Congress of the Central Workers of Cuba (CTC) in the province of Matanzas, become a platform for the labor movement and its role in the economic and social life of the country.
Various issues arise in the debates, such as low salaries in the face of inflationary prices, few ATMs, insufficient cash in banks and the need to lower the retirement age.
Osmar Ramírez Ramírez, general secretary of the CTC in Matanzas, recognized the urgency of building housing for agriculture, the lack of means of work and protection in sectors such as sports, construction, agriculture and education.
Ramírez assured that this process highlights the role of the movement of innovators in the face of resource limitations and the search for solutions for import substitution with creative resistance.
