Two days after the crime, they arrested one of the murderers of the advisor to the vice governor of Buenos Aires, Veronica Magariothe 65-year-old man who was shot in the chest in Boedo in the middle of an attempted robbery. His accomplice remains at large.
The news was confirmed by the Buenos Aires Minister of Security, Waldo Wolffwho assured that the first of the criminals “is already behind bars” after joint work between the City Police and of the Buenos Aires province. However, he did not provide details about what the operation to arrest him was like.

Fernández was the first death due to robbery recorded in the City so far this year. The crime occurred last Thursday on the corner of the Castro and San Juan streets, in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Boedo.
