The Attorney General’s Office of the State of San Luis Potosí (FGESLP) obtained an order of connection to proceedings against Edwin “N”, who is accused of the crime of rape in the capital of Potosí.
According to the investigation file, the accused had committed acts of a sexual nature to the detriment of a minor whose identity was withheld.
Due to the above, the Investigative Police (PDI) completed a warrant against the subject to be brought before the corresponding authority.
After collecting the test data by the agents assigned to the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for the Attention of Women, the Family and Sexual Crimes, a control judge informed the subject during the initial hearing that the necessary elements were available for his connection. to process.
Likewise, the judicial authority established a period of three months for the closure of the complementary investigation and established the precautionary measures provided for in sections I, V, VII and VIII of article 155 of the National Code of Criminal Procedures.
Meanwhile, the law enforcement agency and the defense may continue to provide evidence to the investigation, with the aim of resolving the legal situation of Edwin “N”.
