The Ministry of Security and Justice of Río Negro provided the information report about the state of the provincial and national routes, sespecially those affected by the snow storm and the cold that hits the region. It was recalled that from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., there is a restriction on the transit of general cargo trucks.
From the government area they detailed the situation in each section of the different routes. They reported that “an improvement in climatic conditions is reported,” although the recommendation is “extreme caution.” due to the possible presence of ice on the road.
National Route 23
Ramos Mexia to Maquinchao: Passable with caution for all types of vehicles. No snow on the road.
Maquinchao to Comallo: Passable with caution for all types of vehicles. No snow on the road. Sectors with snow on the shoulder.
Comallo to Pilcaniyeu:
Passable with caution for all types of vehicles. No snow on the road.
Pilcaniyeu to Dina Huapi: Passable with caution for all types of vehicles. Sectors with accumulation of water and mud.
National Route 40:
San Carlos de Bariloche to El Bolsón: Passable with extreme caution for all types of vehicles. Road with ice in high areas.
Provincial Route 8 and 6:
Los Menucos a Paso Córdoba: Passable with caution for all types of vehicles. No snow on the road.
National Route 151:
Cipolletti a Catriel: Passable with caution for all types of vehicles.
National Route 22:
There are controls, especially due to restrictions on general cargo trucks between 6 and 9 p.m.
