We do Córdoba denounces the increase in the price of tickets for the Córdoba Orchestra by up to 32%CORDOVA

The Municipal Group Hacemos Córdoba has denounced through a statement that the City Council of Córdoba, with the local government of Bellido, is “curtailing” the right to culture with the new increase in prices of the Córdoba Orchestra, while at the same time emphasizing that this measure goes totally against “bringing the orchestra closer to the citizens of Córdoba.”

Likewise, Hacemos has explained in a note that the Popular Party will raise the prices of the orchestra “between 8% and 32%”, preventing “those who have less from accessing culture.”

In this sense, the left coalition has demanded that “not a single cent is increased” prices for this season. At the same time, they have asked that they focus their efforts on “demanding that the Junta de Andalucía pay in a timely manner the amount destined for this organization”, since this situation “cannot, nor should it, be faced by the citizens of Córdoba.”

Finally, emphasizing the defense of culture, they have asked for “more resources to bring the orchestra closer to the citizens.” Among others, they have proposed that bonuses for unemployed and retired people be “increased”at the same time that the Young Cultural Bonus is “resumed”, since, according to Hacemos Córdoba, it was a measure that “was very well received and that meant bringing the youngest people closer to different cultural activities”.
