Antioquia Administrative Court supported the election of the secretary of the San Carlos Council

The Administrative Court of Antioquia has ruled in favor of the municipality of San Carlos and its Municipal Councilin a second instance decision, resolving a lawsuit filed by an individual who alleged irregularities in the election of the secretary of the Council, which took place at the beginning of the current year.

• In its ruling, the court revoked ruling number 028 of April 29, 2024, issued in the first instance, and ratified the election of Lineth Vanesa Henao Duque as secretary of the Council for the year 2024held on January 2 of this year.
