Through videoconference, from the national capitol, the draft laws were presented that are systemic and binding among themselves, and seek to guarantee the objectivity of the information on the status of people residing in the nation and abroad, with their certain impact on the public policies established in the country and reinforce the role of the Cuban immigration authority.

The Bills come to reinforce the guarantees for people established in article 52 of the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba, on the right to change address or residence, and appear at times of a different migratory reality in the country.
