THE FIFTH NOTARY OF THE PEREIRA CIRCLE, DEPARTMENT OF RISARALDA, REPUBLIC OF COLOMBIA, PLACES: To all persons who consider themselves entitled to intervene in the NOTARIAL PROCEDURE FOR SETTLEMENT OF DOUBLE AND INTESTATE INHERITANCE of (the) deceased SANTIAGO RODRIGUEZ ESPARZA AND GRACIELA PEREZ WIDOW OF RODRIGUEZ, deceased in the city of Bogota, DC Department of Cundinamarca, on May 28, 1972 and December 25, 2004, who in life were identified with citizenship cards numbers 318,880 and 20,061 .692, so that they do so within TEN (10) DAYS following the publication of this EDICT.
By accepting the respective procedure in this Notary by means of ACT No. 105 dated JUNE TWENTY-FOUR of the year TWO THOUSAND TWENTY-FOUR (06/24/2024), the publication of the EDICT in a newspaper of national circulation and its transmission on a local radio station was ordered. , in compliance with the provisions of Article 3 of Decree 902 of 1988, it was also ordered to be posted in a visible place at the Notary for a period of TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS.
