There are jobs. If you are a teacher with a degree in preschool, early childhood or Higher Normal Education, this is your opportunity to be employed. The Magdalena Government, through the Departmental Education Secretariat, will offer through the Master System, 94 places aimed at providing the initial education service in pre-kindergartenn, garden and transition in official Educational Institutions.
The administration of Rafael Martínez reported that, in accordance with resolution 3842 of 2022, the required profiles are:
• Bachelor’s degree in preschool education (alone, with another option or with an emphasis)
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (alone, with another option or with an emphasis)
• Bachelor’s degree in pedagogy
• Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education
• Bachelor’s degree in psychopedagogy ((alone, with another option or with emphasis))
• Bachelor’s degree in special education or special educational needs
• Bachelor’s degree in basic education with emphasis in special education
• Superior normalist
• Technology in education.

STEP BY STEP TO APPLY
Every teacher who has the indicated profiles must first verify if their professional title is still valid to teach in Colombia. according to current regulations. Next, register in the Master System at the following link: https://www.mineducacion.gov.co/portal/micrositios-institucionales/Sistema-Maestro/ and upload the documents requested by the platform.
Please note that registration for the Master System and application for offers is free, and the deadlines and selection process are established by the Ministry of National Education.
With this first offer for 2024, the Magdalena Government guarantees an application process and access to employment for the department’s teachers in a transparent manner.
