Manizales. Juan Daniel Oviedo, councilor of Bogotá and former national director of DANE, took advantage of his visit to Manizales to photograph one of the artistically intervened public service covers that is part of a tourist route in the city. On Monday, several media outlets asked us to report the possible disappearance of a man in Manizales, who had left for a bike ride in Chinchiná early in the morning and had not returned, nor was he answering his cell phone. However, on social networks they shared a photo of the missing person, but drinking beer in a business. He had to call the media to ask that the information be downloaded “because everything was a misunderstanding.”
