URGENT CHACO: A criminal accused of kidnapping and injuring a well-known teenager is arrested

According to the victim, who had left hockey practice, her acquaintance offered to take her home in his dark gray car. There, he and her wife tied her up and threatened her with a knife.

After work that lasted all morning, at around 6 in the Ensanche Sur neighborhood they arrested the 49-year-old man and the 48-year-old woman. In addition, they kidnapped a gray Chevrolet Corsa, apparently used to transport the minor.
