Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is celebrating its 20th anniversary, which is why it will return to Chilean cinemas.

It was in 2004 when the third part of the saga based on the books by JK Rowling was released, becoming one of the most popular installments among fans.

As it was announced, The film directed by Alfonso Cuarón will return to the big screen in Chile on May 30 Limited Time.

It should be noted that after its release the film received two Oscar nominations in the category of best soundtrack and special effects, in addition to four more nominations at the BAFTAs, and was awarded best drama/action and adventure film at the Teen Choice Awards.

Its synopsis indicates that… Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe), is in his third year at Hogwarts, and upon entering the wizarding school he learns that Sirius Black, one of Lord Voldemort’s assassins, has escaped from Azkaban and intends to murder him. Despite the efforts to protect him, Harry, Ron (Rupert Grint) and Hermione (Emma Watson) will be the ones who will have to defend themselves to face this new danger.
