Puerto Plata.-The inhabitants in the Municipal District of Estero Hondo announced a peaceful march over the weekend, following the murder of the landowner Acosta.
Under slogans such as: “No more tragedies”, or “stero deep rises for justice and security”,
The walk is scheduled for this Sunday, May 11 at 10:00 in the morning in the Central Park (Park to the Immortal breed) of that town.
-For the fact, Wilny Jacques (Nito), of Haitian nationality, who is the alleged murderer is sought. A source linked to migration confirmed to ElCaribe, that following the death of the landowner approximately 300 people of Haitian nationality.
“Given the lack of sufficient support of the authorities, men and women of Estero have traveled rivers, mountains and roads, day and night moved by pain, but also by the desire to protect their people,” said one of the promoters.
The march includes a specifications to the authorities such as increasing military patrol in the area, putting a definitive stop to illegal Haitian trafficking.
