Many years have passed since the first iPad was launched, and since then users have been asking for a calculator application. And finally, the Cupertino company seems to be developing a solution.
According to what we can read on MacRumors, iPadOS 18 will finally include an integrated calculator application for all iPad models compatible with the software update. These models are only expected to be made official during the opening keynote of Apple’s annual developer conference (WWDC) on June 10.
Calculator for the iPad, finally
It will then be that the calculator could be presented. In the meantime, iPad users will have to continue making do with using third-party apps. In any case, there are only a few weeks left until the supposed announcement.
Another piece of good news is that this isn’t the only calculator rumor we’ve heard recently. Earlier this month, a report from AppleInsider revealed that Apple might be giving the macOS Calculator app a bit of a makeover.
If we remember, this same thing happened with the El Tiempo application. This year, then, the calculator application on iPads is closer than ever.
