This year we already saw the first Apple product with M4 processors with the iPad Pro, but many are still waiting for the renewal of the MacBook Pro in 2024. To the delight of those who were waiting for early news, it seems that they will have to wait just a little longer.
The MacBook Pro M4 could arrive at the end of this 2024
According to the famed Ross Young of Display Supply Chain Consultants, recent supply chain checks show that new MacBook Pro updates are on the way. Displays destined for the 14-inch MacBook Pro and 16-inch MacBook Pro will reportedly begin in the third quarter of 2024.
If true, this would mean the launch could occur in the fourth quarter of 2024, in time for the holiday season. Young’s statements coincide with those of Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. Gurman said in April that the M4 MacBook Pros were likely to go on sale in late 2024 or early 2025.
In this way, we would already have indications of almost confirmed new products. The MacBook Air will be updated with the M4 chip in early to mid-2025, followed by the Mac Studio and Mac Pro in mid-to-late 2025.
