Youtube has introduced the function of “Stable volume” on Android TV, Google TV, and Apple TV, offering users more balanced audio in videos. This feature, previously available on Android mobile devices and tablets, now comes to big screens with the application update to version 4,40,303.

“Steady Volume” continually adjusts volume levels to reduce sudden variations between low and loud sounds, especially useful for videos with significant audio fluctuations. However, will not apply to music videos and other specific types.

The feature is enabled by default, so users do not need to make additional settings. If you prefer to turn it off, you can easily do so by tapping the gear icon on any video and unchecking the “Steady Volume” option.

It is also possible to permanently disable this feature for all videos from the general settings of the YouTube application. This update promises a more comfortable viewing experience without sound shocks, improving the quality of home entertainment.
