Shock in Villa la Angostura due to the death of the Linares brothers and their children in the accident between a truck and a van

The four were the victims of the tremendous accident this Saturday afternoon on Route 40, a few kilometers from the crossing to Bariloche.

Tremendous tragedy of the Linares family when two well-known brothers in our community lost their lives, the daughter of one of them and the son of another, in the crash that occurred this Saturday around 6:30 p.m. between a truck and a Fiat Strada Adventure van. where the four deceased were traveling.

The accident on National Route 40 took the life of Lisandro “Lycha” Linares, a former Estrella del Sur player from the neighboring city and who previously played for Deportivo Angostura, who was traveling in the truck with his little daughter. Ezequiel Linares (and his son), a musician from Tu Mambo, also lost his life, where he performed for a time with “Lycha.”

In 2015, the Linares family had the first tragedy that moved the entire Angosturan community. Alfredo Linares, was a beloved neighbor, father of “Lycha” and Ezequiel, who was called “El Payasito Alfredo”, and lost his life after being rushed to the city of Neuquén with serious burns, after suffering the fire of his house.

The tragic fire occurred in the house owned by the family located in the Peumayén neighborhood around 3:20 a.m. on Friday, November 20, 2015 in the early morning hours, where two children died, Joaquín and Agustín, ages 10 and 14, and On Saturday, November 21, the death of Alfredo “El payasito” Linares (47) occurred when he was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit in Castro Rendón after being unable to overcome the serious injuries suffered during the incident.

The event caused an enormous commotion in the society of Villa la Angostura as it was a very beloved family and always willing to collaborate in any solidarity situation that required it.

Viviana Pérez, wife of “Payasito” Alfredo, was also hospitalized in serious condition and rushed to the city of Neuquén, but was finally able to recover from her injuries.
