The Interlocutory Sentence was issued by the Federal Court No. 1 of Rawson, where it sought to “regulate” the entry into force of measures 122 and 41 of ENARGAS and the Ministry of Energy of the Nation, which defined considerable increases in gas rates. natural in Chubut.
